Our Activities
Norwich Quakers have played a role in leading social change for generations. Quakerism is a lived faith, not just something we think about on Sunday mornings. We each strive to live a good life, guided by what we call our Quaker testimonies. These are peace; truth & integrity; equality & justice and simplicity & sustainability. You can read more about our values here.
Amongst our membership you will find Quakers from all walks of life. But what unites us is our commitment to play our part in making the world a better place. Nationally and internationally, you will find Quakers campaigning for peace, equality and social justice. You can read more about the work Quakers do here
Prison reformer Elizabeth Fry was a member of our Meeting and many of our members today are actively engaged in projects that seek to make life better locally, nationally and globally.
